NABC 2026

1.The unique registration number issued is linked to the name of the primary person in the registration.
Once your payment is processed, you will receive a confirmation email.
2. The registration number of the attendees will be cancelled in case of any payment dispute, non processing of the
payment, lack of conformity, bounce of check, withdrawal of the payment and due to noncleared payment instrument.
3. The registration is non-transferable to any other person.
4. The Registration is non-refundable after 31st March 2026.
5. The registration is refundable in case of cancellation of the event by the host. The refunds will be issued within 30 days of
the scheduled event date.
6. You must present a government issued valid Photo ID to collect your NABC-2026 Event Registration badge and Package
for the event.
7.You must present the valid NABC-2026 Event Registration Number or ticket to gain entry to the event.
8. The event organizer reserves the right to refuse entry to any person who appears to be intoxicated, under the influence of
drugs, or who is acting in a disorderly manner.
9. Organizer will not be responsible if required visa not approved or got canceled or denied entry of any artists or performers
by the immigration authority.
10. Organizers will not be responsible if any performers or artists cancelled the trip for any unavoidable circumstances.
11. Cancellation of general registration or any other sponsorship after 30 day will incur 10% service charge.
12.. Event Cancellations due to force majeure will excuses the host from fulfilling its contractual obligations due to
unforeseen and uncontrollable events. These occurrence typically include natural disasters like floods or earthquakes, or
human-induced events like war or strikes.
13. Organizers can deny entry for a variety of valid reasons, provided they comply with applicable laws and established
policies:
Health and Safety: Organizers can refuse entry to individuals who pose a health or safety risk, such as those who are
visibly intoxicated or disruptive. This also includes refusing entry to individuals who do not comply with health mandates,
like mask or vaccine requirements, as long as reasonable accommodations are provided for those with disabilities or
religious beliefs that prevent them from complying.
•Behavior: Organizers can refuse entry to individuals who exhibit disruptive, threatening, or anti-social behavior that disrupts
the event or compromises the safety and security of others.
•Violating Rules and Policies: Failure to comply with established rules and policies, such as a dress code, possession of
prohibited items, or unauthorized filming and photography, can lead to denial of entry or removal.
•Security Concerns: Security searches can be conducted, and individuals who refuse to cooperate or who are found in
possession of items deemed dangerous may be denied entry.
•Ticket Issues: Organizers can refuse entry if a ticket is invalid due to cancellation, fraud, or breach of terms and conditions,
such as reselling through unofficial channels.
